Todd has more than 14 years of public accounting experience. During his time at Schneider Downs, Todd has had extensiveexperience serving a variety of clients in the construction, manufacturing, trucking and retail industries, as well as employee benefit plans. He also has experience serving SEC clients. Todd’s client base is primarily composed of privately held companies; however, he also has several that are internationally owned, and/or have significant international operations.

Todd provides accounting and assurance services to his clientbase, including planning and managing the execution of audit and review engagements, which include overseeing the preparation and review of the financial statements and audit reports. These responsibilities require the performance of significant planning and
administrative tasks in order to maintain an extensive knowledge of financial reporting requirements, as well as operational and industry
challenges facing his clients.

Todd instructs continuing professional education classes related to the construction industry, employee benefit plans and technical accounting matters. Additionally, Todd is responsible for the firm’s education curriculum, including developing and organizing the firm’s construction industry and employee benefit plan trainings.

Audit Senior Manager
Ryan started at Schneider Downs in 2009 and provides services to both public and privately held companies, primarily those within the construction and manufacturing sectors. He also has extensive experience serving the employee benefit plans of his clients.

Ryan provides accounting and assurance services to his client base, which includes planning and managing the execution of the firm’s accounting and auditing approach, evaluating systems of internal control and advising clients on the application of technical accounting matters.

His responsibilities require him to stay current on all recent accounting developments as well as trending business developments within the industries served. Ryan frequently presents during internal firm training seminars and writes articles for the firm’s website.
