Session - 2 Financial Wellness Blueprint: Leveraging Workplace Benefits as a Safety & Retention Tool in Construction

Financial challenges are one of the leading causes of workplace stress, directly impacting safety, retention, and quality of life—especially in construction. Victoria will share how culturally tailored financial wellness solutions can support mental health, enhance safety, and attract a diverse workforce. Drawing from her background as a Latina immigrant and nearly a decade of financial industry expertise, Victoria will provide actionable strategies such as:

• Addressing financial pain points at different career stages
• Effectively communicating benefits in the right language, format, and timing
• Implementing solutions like apprenticeship-to-ownership pathways and on-demand financial literacy programs
