Kaysie D. Garcia
Kaysie is Sr. Counsel with BBG Construction Law and works out the Irvine office. For almost 14 years, Kaysie has provided legal representation for a diverse range of clients involved in construction and government contract disputes in both federal and state courts in California. This includes handling cases related to industrial and commercial projects, as well as large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, pipelines, mass transit systems, military facilities, hospitals, public schools, airport taxi-ways, multi-family housing developments, hotels, restaurants, municipal pumping stations, and solar power generation facilities. Todd Bressler
Todd is a partner with BBG Construction Law and works out of the Los Angeles office. Todd has spent his 29+ year legal career providing strategic legal and business guidance to clients across the AEC industry. In doing so, Todd has advised and collaborated with CEOs, Boards of Directors, executive leadership, corporate partners, and in-house counsel in an outside general counsel capacity, focusing on contract negotiations, corporate governance, employment matters, compliance protocols, project safety, and the general management of risk, whether through internal mitigation efforts or the litigation/arbitration process. In doing so, Todd served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership related to the mitigation of risk and disputes, strategic planning, and the development of operational management through empowerment and coaching. Todd has also served as lead litigation counsel in a variety of construction and real estate disputes.
