Rocky has over nine years of experience assisting clients and counsel with complex financial, accounting, and damages matters. He has contributed to the analysis and preparation of expert reports, deposition testimony, and trial or arbitration testimony. Rocky has also supported expert witness preparation for trial or arbitration in more than a dozen cases. 

He has provided consulting services in disputes and investigations involving lost profits, contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud, personal injury, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and white-collar crime. Rocky has developed expertise in analyzing large, complex datasets and conducting fraud investigations across multiple business sectors, including construction, manufacturing, and automotive dealerships. 

Prior to joining Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC, Rocky worked in the Charleston office of a top 10 public accounting firm within the forensic and litigation support division, based in Springfield, Missouri.
